Most Intuitive Metals items are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to produce. If you need a piece sooner, let us know. One-of-a-kind pieces (Items marked IM ) are already made and ship out within 1-2 weeks.

Adjustments

Need to make an adjustment to an Intuitive Metals piece? We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer one free adjustment per piece. Just reach out to us with the changes you would like made.

Returns/ Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please get in touch with us before sending anything back. A refund will be issued once the item is received on our end.
